8 months, 2 weeks old

Aryia has had a big month! Lots of babbling sounds, 3 teeth (all on the bottom), figured out how to sit up all by herself and now, CRAWLING!!

Ariya's First Blizzard!

On November 13th, 1 day after Ariya reached 8 months old, we had our first blizzard of the winter! We bundled the peanut up for her first experience with snow and had a pretty good time with her!

Happy Halloween!

Ariya had her 1st Halloween this past weekend!

We had a ton of fun playing with Christopher & Joseph in the leaves, helping the boys get ready for their big night out of Trick-or-Treating! Ariya was in charge of handing out candy... We'll go out with the boys next year!

Ariya's first meal

I tried to upload a video of Ariya's first positive experience eating rice cereal. Since the footage, we have found a wide range of fruits and vegetables that are pleasing to her palate.

Peas, green beans, squash, sweet potatoes, bananas, pears, prunes, apples and peaches all met their match with Ariya!

At her 6 month well baby check up (9.17.2010) she weighs 16 lbs, 15.5 oz and 27.5 inches long! 95 percentile for height, 65 for weight and head growth. Still a tall girl :)

4 month update

At her 4 month check up, Ariya weighted in at 14.14 lbs, 25.5 inches. Long & Lean! :)

We have had a lot of fun over the past few weeks - lots of cooing, laughing, rolling over & starting to sit up in her Bumbo chair & the way fun activity jumper from Grandma Rasmussen!

At 3 months old, Ariya can roll over all by herself! We are trying to capture the event on our Flip but she's done this trick for mom, dad & Grandma Rasmussen !

Ariya does enjoy her daily tummy-time a lot more now that she's got some mobility...

3 months old already???

Awww....the little miss hit a big milestone this weekend! Ariya is now 3 months old & growing up so fast!!!

We spend a lot of time talking to mom & dad about daycare & life in general these days... Lots of cooing & almost giggles happening around here.

It's Official!

On May 26, 2010 Jamie and Miranda got married!

We had a very sweet ceremony at the Sweeney's house. We kept the ceremony short & sweet and then were treated to a fantastic dinner with our guests.
